Since 1990, I have been employed as an Employee and Family Assistance Counselor/Coordinator with the Iron Ore Company of Canada in Labrador City, Newfoundland and Labrador. Self Regulation Therapy has been life changing for me personally and I provide it to employees and family members who seek assistance for a variety of personal problems through the Iron Ore Company’s EFAP.
